What a reading is

Saju and Zi Wei Dou Shu are interpretive traditions. A reading here is a perspective offered for reflection — it is not a validated predictive method, and nothing on this site should be read as a statement about what will happen to you.

It is also not advice. Nothing here is medical, psychological, legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional who knows your situation. Take decisions about your health, your money, your work, your legal position or your relationships to someone licensed to advise on them. If you are in distress or in danger, contact a professional or an emergency service where you are.

We make no promise that any reading is accurate, and no outcome is guaranteed or predicted. What you do after reading one is your decision and your responsibility.

How the reading is produced

The chart is calculated by our code from the birth moment you enter — the pillars, the elements, the palaces and the stars are arithmetic, not opinion, and they are cast from the local clock time as entered, which is the standard method for these systems. A true-solar-time correction is not applied. Enter a different time and you get a different chart, so the detail you supply is the detail you get read.

The prose is then written from that calculated chart, either from text written by hand or by a language model that is given the chart and told to work only from it. A language model can still phrase something poorly or emphasise the wrong part. Read it as an interpretation, not as a report.

No account, no saved reading

There is no account to create, and we do not store your chart — see the privacy page for what that means in detail. Your reading exists at its own address. Keep the link if you want it again; we cannot retrieve it for you, because we never had it.

Price

Everything currently available on Saju Ink is free. The full readings are not open yet; where they are advertised you can leave an email address to be told when they are, and leaving it commits you to nothing. If a paid reading is introduced, its price and its own terms will be shown before anything is charged. No payment details are collected anywhere on this site as it stands.

Fair use

Read your chart, read your friends' charts, quote your reading wherever you like. Do not scrape the site or drive it with automated bulk requests, do not resell the readings as a service of your own, and do not present a reading to anyone else as professional advice or as a diagnosis.

Ownership

The code, the design and the written copy of this site are ours. The traditions themselves belong to nobody and certainly not to us. The text of a reading you generate is yours to keep and use.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, and it may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from any decision taken on the basis of a reading. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If they change, this page changes and the date at the top moves. Questions go to hello@sajuink.com.
